Background
I'm a fourth year graduate student originally from North Carolina.
Research
I work with the South Pole Telescope group on detector development and forecasting for SPT-3G+, the next South Pole Telescope focal plane. My research focuses on the design, fabrication and testing, and characterization of microwave kinetic inductance detectors (MKIDs) for use on the SPT-3G+ focal plane, as well as forecasting its sensitivity to the recombination-era Rayleigh scattering of the CMB.
Selected Publications
- Forecasting ground-based sensitivity to the Rayleigh scattering of the CMB in the presence of astrophysical foregrounds
