I present a sample of thirteen strongly lensed galaxies with indications of extreme star formation from z=1.5-4.25, part of a larger sample of hundreds of lensed systems discovered and spectroscopically confirmed by the COOL-LAMPS (Chicago Optically selected Lenses Located At the Margins of Public Surveys) collaboration. These thirteen are the most likely candidates for intense star formation and potential Lyman-continuum emission, as determined by their color and emission line characteristics, including the strength of lines, shape of lines, and presence of rare species of emission. I also present follow-up data taken of CJ1402 confirming the presence of Lyman-continuum emission.
