The IAU PhD Prize recognises the outstanding scientific achievements of astronomy PhD students around the world. Anirudh Chiti won a 2021 IAU PhD Prize for his PhD Thesis “Mapping the Ancient Milky Way & its Relic Dwarf Galaxies”.
